I can't believe we have been such slackers on our recipe testing that I haven't even done it in close to two months.
How will we ever finish???
This past month we did share in a culinary adventure together that was tons of fun and a challenge to say the least...

I know. I as thinking about this and the fact that we have not kept up on it as we should. Certainly you have done some good updates recently.... I should do one for Banff and the fact that most of the food there (at least the stuff that we found) - sucked. I will try to get Jay to finish the commentary this weekend so that we can post our culinary adventure.
We must be on the same wavelength. I was going to tackle the write-up for it again, and send onto our Guest Editor for review this weekend. I should do it anyhow, maybe to help sput on. I am going to try Oat Cakes this weekend as I would like to freeze some to have up at the cottage. Taker?
