what are we cooking this weekend?
Any thoughts? Maybe something like oatcakes or laisy daisy pie?
Wicked--I am thinking oat cakes...I may have to defer till early next week since we are doing the move to the cottage on Sat-Sun and then guests are in town. But what's in Laisy Daisy pie? I could maybe make that for dessert?

OK - I have the oatcake recipe I will email you - I have to find the lazy daisy pie one.....
Mom and I are taking a ravioli making class on Sunday night so I will update you via the blog later.
